Hello Tek Tips Tech Community,

Please help.

I have an ACD queue that needs to overflow by time (TOFT) to Call Pilot.
What do I make the OVDN? How is that programmed in the PBX? I know the rules
change for queues and NCF when Call Pilot was introduced. The overflow by number works,
just not by time.

Thank you for your help and support.

If this is basic ACD you change the programming in LD 23. Get a manual and read up on TOFT as you need to set this up in the correct way to make it work. If you want it to go to voice mail, use the ACD of the Call Pilot, then within the CP system you will have to do the specific programming to get it to where you want.

Yes, thanks. I know the basics of timers and conditions. It is the set up of the OVDN..what it should be, and once in mail, what to put in the SDN table. I believe that answer is the ACD-DN of the real agent queue

Create SDN (mail queue DN) and associate that SDN to the application.
