Due to being at a remote location in order to establish a call forwarding of a disconnected phone, we normally remove the DN from a TNB and rebuild it as an ACD, this has worked numerous times in the past but today I am encountering a problem where, when built as an ACD the calls are going straight to voicemail. I am trying to route calls to the main line's M3904.

Any thoughts on this?

it is currently not forwarded to voicemail...

Couldn't this be accomplished with an analog line that is forwarded, as well?

Could main line have been busy when you tested it and went to voicemail?

are you onsite testing or reporting what a user is telling you?

Try NCFW to a different number to see if that works, in an effort to narrow down where the issue is, with the ACD or with the destination.
