We are looking to replace our BCM 200 Rel 3.0. Currently we are using an ACD package with call monitoring capability. We are looking into a Norstar with Callpilot 150 with ACD package or BCM50 Rel. ? with ACD package.

Any suggestions?

On the cp 150 they have two basic and professional depends on number of agents and skillsets. I believe the basic has 2 skillsets and 10 agents. Works very well.

I would go with the BCM mainly because it is going to be supported longer.

Is there any advantage,using Call Center w/ reporting, between BCM 400 and BCM 450?
