ACD Agents getting logged out automatically

2 Agents in the same Skill Group are getting logged out automatically if they're both on the phone and can't take the next incoming call.
Any idea?

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.
 
They both have a multiline extension programmed on their phones besides their direct agent extensions.

 
If they are not talking on their Prime Lines then the ACD queue will offer the call on their prime line.

If they do not answer the offered call, they will be logged out.

This is design.

What happens if you set COS 'Force Device Busy If Any Line In Use' to yes for the agents?
