ACD Agents can't log in

We have a customer who has a couple of ACD agents who can't login.
Customer also has Symposium.
Cust has de-aquired/re-aquired DNs - still can't log in.
Have de-aquired/deleted DNs/rebuilt DNs with new POS IDs/re-acquired - STILL can't log in.

Any ideas?
Any advise is appreciated.

could they login before? Can other users login on there phones. Are they added as users in symposium?
 
have you reached your agent limit?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
 
with Symposium, the best thing to do is fire the agents. short of an ini, it could be anything. make sure the ast is correct, in the earlier versions, the newer ones seem to be much more responsive.

FYI -
It turns out that in Rel 25 on M3905 sets depending on the firmware - you have to plug the headset into the handset socket!!

Of course!!
