ACD Agent Calls not disconnecting

I have been working on getting ACD Agents and EC500 to co-exist. I have finally got it working, however when the agent takes a call and the call is ended the next call in queue will not go through unless the agent aux-works and then does an auto-in again... At that point the call goes through... Anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem? The call is being sent to a cell phone via EC500.
