The system is a CS1000E on Rls7.5. No Contact Center, just basic ACD with reports to a printer. Do I need to have a Contact Center server to be able to use activity codes? The supervisor wants to know why they are on not ready, etc. Do the activity codes show up on the basic acd reports?
