Hi Everyone,

Anyone using or familiar with AccuVoice, Connect Partner) and their product called Appointment Reminder? We're a hospital and are considering doing automated patient reminders. They're quoting around $174K for the system which seems a bit high.

Anyone else doing this out there? Seems pretty common these days. I'd be interested in hearing what works well in a commercial environment. Thanks in advance for your replies.

being in your place i'd consider buying an ivr platform and developing such an application myself. it's not too complicated to outcall some numbers on predefined schedule and play some announcement.
