Accurately Calculating YTD Average in Excel?

I have an Excel spreadsheet that is being used to graph an average Year To Date value based on 12 individual monthly values. Obviously, as you move through the year there will be later monthly values that are zero because you don't yet have data for them. This causes the AVERAGE formula to be inaccurate because it is including the zero values. What I need is for the formula to only evaluate the values that are greater than zero to accurately represent the YTD average. Any thoughts?

Thanks!
