ACCS Supervisor Observe

Hello.
I got a problem with out Avaya Contact Center Select (ACCS) that the supervisor observe feature didn't work. There are 3 invisible buttons: Whisper, Barge-in, Observe. You can check the captured image of Avaya Agent Desktop on below.

Anyone who know how to check and configure this feature to make it work? If you have any idea, please teach me.

Have you assigned the appropriate user roles/rights etc. for this? The supervisor that wants to barge/whisper/listen also needs the appropriate agents assigned to them as a supervisor under CCMA.

"The supervisor that wants to barge/whisper/listen also needs the appropriate agents assigned to them as a supervisor under CCMA." -> The Observe/Barge-in in Common Setting as shown in the attached file. Please teach me If I missed something.
