I got a problem with out Avaya Contact Center Select (ACCS) that the supervisor observe feature didn't work. There are 3 invisible buttons: Whisper, Barge-in, Observe. You can check the captured image of Avaya Agent Desktop on below.
Anyone who know how to check and configure this feature to make it work? If you have any idea, please teach me.
