Is there an explanation why the number of answered calls is greater than the number of offered calls?

Note that this event was repeated more than once

Maybe because one of the calls started ringing during the 1:30 to 1:45 time slot?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

This is the logical explanation, I will do further analysis also using Avaya Call Reporting to see that.
