ACCS - Agents Not Showing Up In Historical Reporting

Hi All,

Sorry for posting this here but i don't see an ACCS forum. Have a client that got a bit carried away making configuration changes on the system and all the Agents/Supervisors they added can't have any reports pulled on them. They don't appear in the Historical Reporting list of users to report on... I have checked the partitions and access classes and made sure that I have access to all of them but still can't view the users in historical reporting... Any ideas what may be causing it? Even when i add a new user now to the CC I cant view them in Historical Reporting. When I asked what was done nobody knows...

My ACCS knowledge is a bit rusty, but don't the Agents need to have a skillset of Reporting ? Maybe something to check that they didn't gut out all the Skillsets and not add this back in.
 
have checked all those configs and its fine. My concern is whatever was done on the system now even when I go and add agents/supervisors now they also don't show up on the system. I have no idea what they did.
