Sorry for posting this here but i don't see an ACCS forum. Have a client that got a bit carried away making configuration changes on the system and all the Agents/Supervisors they added can't have any reports pulled on them. They don't appear in the Historical Reporting list of users to report on... I have checked the partitions and access classes and made sure that I have access to all of them but still can't view the users in historical reporting... Any ideas what may be causing it? Even when i add a new user now to the CC I cant view them in Historical Reporting. When I asked what was done nobody knows...
