accpac v5.2 on Win2k server (non DC)

Hi,

Here's another question, im planning to upgrade the accpac server (nt4.0) to windows 2000 server (non DC+dhcp+wins, w/ terminal services using citrix metaframe xps and pervasive sql v8), workstations are a mixed of win98/win2k prof and the connection will be thru ICA. Is this possible?

Yes you can. However, you must buy terminal service license W2K and Win98 for client connection.
 
You are required to purchase a Windows 2000 Terminal Services Client Access License (CAL) for each workstation accessing the server through Terminal Services. However, according to Microsoft's website, W2K Pro and WXP Pro (but not XP Home) are issued "free" CAL's from the W2K Server's license pool, so you do not have to purchase CAL's for the W2KPro workstations.
