Accpac UI error

After upgrading to Accpac 5.4, some reports are not printing correctly, it allways gives the error of
"Accpac UI error ......" and the report exit.
How can i solve this problem? I think it's coming from Crystal Reports ocx, but how to fix?

Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2000
Reports: Customer Transactions, Aged Trial Balance
Notes: this problem occures on some computers not all.

First, delete and recreate your ODBC DSNs.

Accpac service packs?

No difference, it's all same OS, SP

I had this problem recently. Try to check the regional parameters of windows.

The table ARAGED is used by the system as a temp file while printing. It should in theory clear after each print but doesn't. Check the table and if it has tx, backup, clear the table and try again.

While you're in the table, make sure it has the field RECORDNO in it.
