Accpac Runtime Problem

Dear All,

There is a problem at one of my client they are using accpac 5.5. when he is running accpac from client some time suddenly gets error that:
"The instruction at "0x1d0027e0" referenced memory at "0x1d00b404". The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of "0xc00000c4".

after that all accpac windows goes off automaticly.

Sounds like bad hardware, a virus checker that's interfering, or damage from malware.

I'd agree with tuba.
If the other clients are working then it's most likely hardware or a software (driver) which has been installed on that machine.

Its true we are also working on the same line. since the same issue is coming on all the clients it must be some network or server HW problem so today we are going to redesign whole network and install new accpac on new server.
