Hi,

I developed a report in Crystal Report Designer 2008 v 12.2.0.290.In the Page setup “No Printer” and “Disassociate formatting page size and Printer Page size” options are selected. This is because my report has too many columns and offers the drilldown on these columns. The report works fine in the Designer but when I run it from the Accpac Desktop it does not show all the columns in print preview (I have tried both in v 6 or v 5.6).

In Accpac Print Destination, the option “Report Paper size” is selected.

I tried the same report on another machine with Accpac v6 and it displays all the columns but it does not work on server. Is there any setting which enables Accpac to display custom page size?

Many Thanks

Try changing the paper size to legal landscape on the server.
There is no specific setting in Accpac for custom paper size.

The page width is about 34" so the legal size will not work. As it is working on other system so they must be a Registry setting or Crystal Dll which allows this.Any idea?

Good grief.
Create the custom paper size on each computer that will run the report.
