accpac not working 1

hi every one
i have a problem with accpac and i need help regarding this
first iam using accpac remotely for more than a year and it was working perfect but now when iam trying to run accpac after logging the terminal server accpac giving me this error massage" you dont have license to use this product" iam logging to the server as admin so i can use every thing except accpac
FYI accpac working at the terminal server there with no error msgs

You do not have rights to the shared data folder where the license files are.

Open Accpac, click Help, System Information and look at Shared Data Directory.

i cant open accpac but i will ask someone to do for me
