Accpac ERP 5.4a & Pervasive 9 LanPak Problem

Here's a strange issue. We recently upgraded both Accpac & Pervasive and have not been able to get all available lan paks to log in. On the pervasive side of things we have 20 licences and have 10 Lan-Paks in Accpac but only 7 are usable. Once the 8th user tries to log in they get a "Your Pervasive Licence is in valid" error.

Can anyone tell us how to fix this error?

Check with you business partner - Accpac released a hot fix for V5.4 and Pervasive recently for this error.
