Accpac 5.5 Norming Asset Management - Asset Revaluation

Im trying to revalue a group of assets using the Net Replacement Method, but I cannot figure out a way of netting off all the accumulated depreciation against the cost of the asset.

And from there,I am uncertain of how to make Accpac depreciate those assets using their remaining useful life ? I also need to add useful life to some of the assets.

Has anyone ever had to do this before ? Or does anyone have any advice for me?
