Accpac 5.0 Customer comments

I just upgraded our Accpac to Accpac 5.0 and we are having to work out a few problems. I was wondering if any one knew about this problem. We are having a hard time keeping the comments in our customer module. For some reason, the comments are getting deleted after hours. When everyone goes home for the day, the next morning all the comments are gone. Not sure why. Can anyone help?
 
Huh? I'd look at the ARCMM table and see what the date stamp on it says. Visually look in that table after adding comments to a customer and make sure the record are there. The next morning are all comments gone or just some?

All the comments for all customers are gone after each day. It is a mystery.
 
Does the table size change from night to morning? I'm wondering if an older file is being restored on top of that table. Check the date stamp.

Do you have anything like Telistics data repair programs running or FixIt from Musick Int. touching those tables?

Have you tried a dbDump and Load to try to fix any corrupted indexes?

Very puzzling.

Dear you have to check AR Otions. In customer tab, there is an option (default number of days to keep comments). Increase the days as per your requirements.
