Hi,
I have installed an Avaya Ip office 500v2,
However with the Nortel System Class of Service Passcodes, using the passcode you can determine who can use there passcode and make local calls, or cell calls or even international calls. You can used the passcode and its user filter or line filter and give the user a passcode to only make local and cell call.
My question is basically can this be done on the avaya ip office 500 using the account code, and if so can you tell me how to do it.
I have set up users under the default user rights and all phones are restricted from making local, cell and international calls. they can only make calls by dialling 9 the phone number and then they are prompted to enter there account code, but I notice users are making international calls using there account code although they are not authorised to do so.
I cannot only restrict each user particular phone, because they can move to someones phone who is not restricted from international access and use there account code to make international calls.
If there is a way around this please let me know.
Thanks
