I get locked out of my NT account for no reason. The is not time limit on the account and when investigated, sometimes the account lockout is ticked so it can be unticked, which lets me back in. If the account lockout is not ticked but I still cannot get into my account, then the account has to be recreated.

There are no error messages appear to help me solve this problem. Where shoul I start ?? [sig][/sig]

Have you set auditing so that you can see failed logins to your account? I'm wondering if someone could be doing repeated logins trying to crack your account resulting in it being locked. [sig][/sig]

What does event viewer say? Is it only one account or several?

I used to get locked out every morning, for about two weeks. Then it just stopped. Never did find the cause. [sig][/sig]

I've been having a similar problem too. My account locks out whenever I log into two or more machines. I have not monitored it closely but it may have happened after I changed my password. Then after a few weeks the problem will go away. Strange?????
