I have set the minimum requirement of 3 digits for account codes in the COS for ACD agents. These are non verified account codes. If an agent tries to enter 3 digits via the phone key pad while on the phone, it only displays 2 digits and acknowledges the account code has been enter by displaying "thank you". Is there any way I can display 3 digit on the phone set of account codes being entered by the ACD agent while on the phone instead of 2 digits?
