Accessing VSAM files via WebFOCUS

Does anyone else on the Forum use WebFOCUS to access mainframe VSAM files?

I was basically trying to find out how prevalent using WebFOCUS to access VSAM files is. We've been using it for a couple of years, with fairly good success, but we occasionally have issues and was wondering how many other forum members might be knowledgeable. We are currently experiencing issues with the RESULTS.DATA PDSE where WebFOCUS locks up and was curious if anyone else might have experienced the same thing.

RESULTS.DATA is used, I believe, is for deferred requests and has nothing to do with VSAM specifically. Make sure DISP=SHR on RESULTS.DATA, have a DSNTYPE=LIBRARY and is allocated in the server startup JCL. It should be managed by SMS.
