Accessing others' folders in Outlook 2000

I am trying to set up Outlook 2000 so that we all have access to my boss's calendar. The help information said to install Microsoft Exchange Server, which I did, however, I don't know what information it's asking for when it wants the server name and mailbox name. I've used everything I can think of, but every time it tries to verify the name, I get an error message. We are on a Windows 98 peer to peer network. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.<br>

We use Exchange server 5.5 on an NT 4.0 server. This allows you to add delegates to individual mailboxes to obtain the access you are looking for. Are sure you have Exchange Server running or just client access? I think at min. you need to install on a NT server. The server name would be the name of the server running Exchange and mailbox name would be your bosses mailbox set up on the exchange server.
