Hello,
I am making a page with several buttons.
One of the buttons (My Mail), when clicked should open the mail box of the user when clicked.
Also there is a button to switch user id. This one is done.

The PROBLEM IS : When a user switches id , how does the new user access his mailbox.
I used all the relevant @commands and @functions.

Can someone help me ??!!

Also is there a way to do away with the initial login ?

You could try using the command @MailDbName. This returns the actual server and path name for the current users mailbox. From this, you could insert the results into a FileOpenDatabase command.

Hope this helps.

Spa77,
Thanks for the advice. I did use that @function, but.....

The good thing is i got over the problem by another strange, circuitous way- i used the address book (view)of users and corresponding to the userID the @function returned the mail file name .Then the MailFS (frameset) is opened by another command!!

Whew!! but it worked!

Thanks again!
