This morning I installed IP Office Manager (8.1.69) on a Windows 8 laptop. Everything installed properly with no trouble. When I go to the start button, all the programs installed appear on the desktop in the cute windows 8 squares. But the IP Office folder doesn't. I also clicked on the down arrow near the bottom which brought up the apps, but no IP Office. Windows 7 has an 'all programs' icon that windows 8 doesn't. Has anybody downloaded Manager on windows 8 successfully and able to access the program? If so, let me know.
Thanks.

In the Windows Explorer you can navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office. If not there try to reinstall with "run as Administrator

press the start button so that your Teletubby coloured start menu of Win8 appears and type Manager if it doesn't work then the install went wrong.

No need to find it if you know what it is called you can just type the name without even going to search options.

I have used Win8 since the day it came out and had no issues with it even on releases before they were officially supported.
