Accessing Hyperlinks in outlook 2002 within Published desktop

Hi

I have got a problem with published desktop. Basically the farm consists of Metaframe XPA servers with Feature Release 2. I have Published a desktop in one of the server and Microsoft Office 2002 with the latest service pack is installed on the server.Windows 2000 server in hosting citrix with Sp4 and all the critical updates.

When users access the destop and use outlook to access an email with a hyperlink, it opens the browser on the client computer rather then within the published desktop.

I have tried outlook web access within the published desktop to access the hyperlink and it opens the browser within the published desktop.

I used the same process on other citrix servers and its the same. But it works if i use terminal services Remote Desktop clent.

Please I would be very thankfull if someone has any idea's.

could be a permissions issue.

Could also be the settings in the IE metaframe not looking of the right mail client.

I know this post is old, Im just wondering what the outcome/fix is/was.

It is content redirection in the properties of the published applications.

Also, there is a Citrix forum on this site that would probably get you quicker and better responses.
