Accessing background whilst form is running 1

Hi there

I've got a form which runs on top of a spreadsheet. I use the form to add and edit entries. My problem is that whilst the form is running the spreadsheet is not accessible ie. can't click on any cells or scroll through the spreadsheet. Is it possible to make the background accessible whilst the form is running?

You may try to launch the form like this:
UserForm1.Show vbModeless
