Accessing another voicemail on an extension which already has its own voicemail?

Hi,

How do you access someone elses voicemail from an extension that already has its own voicemail associated with it?

If you dial 555 to get into voicemail from an extension without its own voicemail it asks you to enter the mailbox number which is fine but if the extension already has its own voicemail it assumes you want to access your own voicemail and doesn't prompt for a mailbox number.

What system type and voicemail type.

Assuming 3300 and embedded VM you should be able to press * to back out of your own login and be prompted for a mailbox.
