I have a partner ACS version 7. I have restricted a partner 18D from making any outside calls. How can I make call from that resticted phone using a line access code?

Program a system password. It will have to be entered to turn night service on and off and entered to make any outside calls if a station is in the night service group when night service is on. To dial out on a restricted phone, at the idle station press hold, enter password, pick a line, dial access code or just the phone number if an access code isnt used.
