How to make a list of customers for plumbing office using access.?
And can I add the little arrow to add more cities, zips, insurancesand etc. Thank you.

Not quite sure what you are looking for nancy....maybe you should create a table that you can input data into and use the lookupwizard...that way you can delete and change or add to it later.
