Access - Wizard unable to run report

I am unable to run reports in Access 2003 on 5 new laptops. The report wizard message states, 'the wizard is unable to create your report'. I have checked the settings against my laptop which can run reports and have also searched the MS website to no avail. I'm not sure if it could be some regional setting with the new laptops as the older ones have no problem. Can anyone help? Please....

I expect you haven't designated a default printer in the Windows Control Panel. Play with this for a while...

I did read something about that in one of the other forums. I'm out of the office today but will give it a go tomorrow. Thanks.
