I am currently using Access 2000, I am pretty inexperienced with the program however, I am considering upgrading to Access 2002 because I will be working with it alot more in my office. Does anyone know what type of new features there are comparded to 2000? Is it worth the expense?

If you aren't very experienced with Access you will notice very little difference. It wouldn't be worth the expense unless you have some specific need to change. I work with both, users at my office can't tell the difference at all. I would say, when you get better purchase XP Developer. Then distribute the runtime of your software in XP. That would be most cost effective, runtime doesn't require access to be installed on the workstation. So for the new machines you install there you can just buy office standard, or go with Office.org. I write code in cuneiform, what about you?

hello,

FYI... if you haven't seen the tech notes for Access 2002, they taughted there are some bug fixes and discrepancy fixes in the 2002 (XP) version with some enhancements.

Good luck
Chuck
