Access to C-Drive

Good day all!!
I trying to find a way of limiting my netscape browsers (4.08 & 4.79) from being able to access my C & D drives. Does the version 7.0 not allow this? Are ther patchs that prevent this, for any of the versions? Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks much!!

I realize now that I may have been unclear in the first part of this thread. All of my machines are stand-alones and are not within a domain, yet. I am afraid that my knolwedge of policies is quite limited, but I'll push my way through. Thanks for the response!

There has to be some access to store temporary internet files, various activex ojects and other housekeeping.
