Access system admin mode

I remember getting into system admin mode before but don't remember how. I remeber 6 digit password, but can't remember how to access the mode. I need to re initialize a mailbox and create a phantom mailbox.

What kind of voicemail?

You need to log into the System Administrator's mailbox, which is different on the various voicemails

I have the password, I just need a reminder of how to get to the menu where to put it in if you could be so kind. I remember that when you got there you had to select option #9 that was not given as a choice. I have merlin messaging.

You access through voicemail prompts: Call voicemail like you are checking messages. For extension, put 0#. You should be good from there if you have the rest of the info.

That got me where I needed to be, THANKS! I think I just remembered it to be the operators extension # for the voicemail? Thanks again for the help!
