Access Runtime App

Hello,

I need to create a MS Access based workgroup solution\app. I have not created an Access run-time type app since the ADT. I need to run this application on about a half dozen Windows 7 based systems.

1. What is the latest version of MS Access?

2. What is required for those systems to run a MS Access application that do not have Access installed for the above version?

3. What is the best website you have found for these type Access developer topics?

Outside of the best forum on the Internet (tek-tips.com) are there any other sites that specialize in Access 2013 client PC applications development? Even just tips and tricks for 2013 in this context. Thanks.

There is one dedicated Access site that springs to mind, but due to a bad experience as a member (rude and obnoxious trolls like StackOverflow), I haven't ever used them since and wouldn't recommend them, but I'm sure if you Googled, you would find it, after all it has 'Access' in the domain name.
