Hello Friends,

MS Access Reports seem to be handy and cool !!...Is there any way to Run them from Visual Basic..Coding for that would be a great help.

Thanx and Regards..

Hi,

You can print a report from VB if You include in the project reference the AccessX.

After this You can declare an Access.Application or Access.Database object.

Set it and You will have acces to the reports. You can use the DoCmd to open a report. You can only print the report or to send it to mail, excel or word but You can't preview it.

Oh...Really...Are you sure that ...we can't Preview the Access report ??

Hi,

where can I find the reference AccessX because if I take a look at the references in VB, I can't find AccessX

anyone?

Have you looked at the Data Report from the Designer components list. This uses the same engine as MS Access.
