I read a previous post about sending a report to the printer using the DoCmd.OpenReport, but how can I just view the report. It only sends the report directly to the printer. I tried the all conditions after the statement, ie. acViewNormal and the other two and nothing happened.

Sorry for being incomplete, but I am using VB 6.0 to access this report.

Are you saying that

DoCmd.OpenReport "reportName", acViewPreview

send the report directly to your printer? That would be odd....

UNLESS there's some wacky code in the report activate or open event that prints and then closes the report beforehand...

There are two ways to argue with a woman - neither one works.
