Help,

I'm trying to set up a report that is about 14" wide to print on to a 11" paper without the report being chopped into two parts. I know that in Excel you can do a 'print area' and then set the paper size. Can this be done in Access 97/2000? The report request is done through a cmd button and the formatting would have to be done through VBA code.

Thanks
Any help of guidence would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, that feature in Excel is pretty nice. As far as I know, there is no way of doing that in Access.

If some knows a way, please let us know. I would be very interested in that myself.

Hmm, just an idea:

How about making your report an image.
An image can be clip format so forced to fit in the allocated space.
