I am trying to get a query to allow me to type in multiple selections of data for one field when I run it. Any ideas?
Eg. to select multiple customers by number to see what they have purchased.

Build your query to incude two of the ID number fields and alias the names like...(ID1) AND (ID2) then enter into the criteria row of ID1 [Enter ID1], then on the second criteria row of ID2 [Enter ID2]. Providing both of your entries have made a purchase you will see them listed in your query results.

KF,

Thanks KF for the reply. I wasn't very explicit in my first request. I am actually trying to get the query to make a pop up box that I can type in up to five customer numbers in. I have done this a long time ago, but for the life of me can't remember how.
