Access preventing dupicates of three fields.

Acess Data Base questions.

(1) How do import data and have a value assigned.
example: I have free.com, fat.com and nuts.com and have found their billing company. Now I import more data about free.com and want to have the billing company attached to a field in the table row of the new data. There may of upwards of 40,OOO sites that will need a billing company attached to 250,000 records.

(2) How do I stop importing duplicate data entries into an existing table?
Example:
DOMAIN SALES DATE
fat.com 4 Nov 2 2003 (data in table)
fat.com 5 Nov 2 2003 (will accept this data)
fat.com 4 Nov 2 2003 (three field duplicate and need to be deleted)

Thanks CClint How do I use "Distinct row selection"? It that a query?
I am green at Access.
I can import the data into one field to cut out the duplicates when I import. It works for now.
