ACCESS PORTS LOG OUT when I get in every morning.

some of my call pilot access ports log them selves out and disable every night... its always the same ports. I can manually enable them, they log back in and accept calls... but in the morning it will go back to disabled... i have rebooted call pilot, no help... Im going to guess bad card? Its strange that it happens to be 16 ports that crap out, night routine shutting down these ports?

What kind of Call Pilot?

i left the office for the day, i dont recall what model. I know this will get you closer though, its the rack mount version, that connects to the MGATE cards via Ethernet cable. 1006r? if i recall correctly.

If this helps my callpilot has 16 voice mail ports, 24 ivr ports and 24 access ports. The access ports are the only ones giving me trouble.. I have 3 mgate cards each in a different cabinet.

So 4 0 10 0 thru 4 0 10 15 disable every night? Correct? Do you have other access ports that don't disable? If so then I would suspect the MGate card or the board in the Call Pilot.

I swapped the mgate card with one from another cabinet... i have a yellow flashing light that i have not researched yet, i assume its no good when i swap mgate cards the yellow light stays in cabinet 4-0 so im going to go with call pilot card... crap.... that sucks...

You must have the m-gate cards with the rj-45 connector. Yes, yellow led flashing not good. Are you disabling the card when you swap it out and rebooting the call pilot? Check that L connector where the RJ 45 plugs in and maybe even swap out the cable.

That yellow LED indicates a link problem between the mgate and the ds30 connector in the call pilot
