Does anyone know if the access ports require a license for each configured port?

Yes, they require Voice Port licenses. You can always rob previously configured Multimedia Ports and turn them into ACCESS Ports if you have enough.

You don't need specific ACCESS port licenses. As telebub said, you can just reconfigure some of your CallPilot multimedia ports. Remember, ACCESS ports need to go into a separate queue, and it will subtract from the number of CP ports that you have to use for voicemail and menus.

Is there a specific problem that you are experiencing?

Thanks I am using Ivr now but due to issues related with cpha I'm looking to switch. I noticed I had 1 license

That one license only means that the ACCESS option is enabled. You can configure as many ACCESS channels as the "Number of Channels" that you have licenses for.
So if you have 24 channels they could be any mix of multimedia, IVR or ACCESS.

You are making the right move. ACCESS channels are much better choice over IVR if you are running Symposium/CCM.
More flexible and can be shared for broadcast messages.

The major issue I have is rerecording the current anouncements I have in the call pilot.

If the recordings are part of CallPilot AppBuilder applications then you should be able to reference each recording as a VOICE_SEGMENT variable in Symposium/CCM.
You shouldn't have to rerecord.

Just remember the first port HAS TO BE A MULTIMEDIA PORT. If you have 24 channels and configure them all as Access, it won't work. The first channel has to a multimedia port.
