Access is locking up when using MS Speech Recognizer 8.0 1

I have an access database with several forms. I need the users of the database to be able to use the MS Speech Recognizer but any time that it is turned on, Access locks up.

Has anyone ever ran accross this issue? I am looking for a library, reference or Add In that can fix the issue.

Did you try looking for updated audio drivers?

Did you try another computer?

Did you try another database?

Have you set a reference to the Microsoft Speech Object Library in your project?

I have tried multiple databases and multiple computers but I have not set the references. I will try that and post the result.
