Hi,

I just build up an intranet website which sit in our company domain, I am trying to have it accessiable from outside world via SSL. user has to type in domain username and password if they are outside of domain. How can I achieve this? I know I need to bind the internal server with a public IP address. what else do i need to do? any thoughts or suggestions are much appreciate.

I would build a second web-server and place it in your DMZ. Create a mirrored copy of you intranet and place it on the DMZ web server, set up SSL, set up authentication. This may be the easiest way to do it depending on what type of information you are hosting and what your sync requirements are...
Make sure you research security options for authentication, should you be using AD accounts.

thanks for your recommendation. It is indeed a better option.
