I am importing emails from Outlook Exchange into an Access Database. It all works very well except for one piece. Within the body of the email is a "comment" field where endusers can type in anything they want. The problem is, that when text within the "comments" section comes in with a carriage return (two or more) after a period (end of sentence) or if there is a break in between paragraphs, the import process will stop at for that record and move on to the next. How do I elimate this problem. Any help with coding would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much.

Ex: See above, my import would have stopped after the word appreciated. and the "Thank you..." would have been left off.

have you tired sticking in extra single brackets for where you are importing the body field

so something like myrec![importcomments] = "'" & commentsdatafromoutlook & "'"
