Im looking for a template database for a helpdesk application. Im involved in a small company and require a cheap solution for tracking calls of clients problems. I've decided to attemp it myself. I want to incorporate time of call, client name, product, deatials, answered by, assigned to, level of criticalness etc. Any ideas where i could find a database of this type?
