I have created a form in Access. It is a Employee Profile. I was able to create it with no problem. In the form view I can see each record (1943 records). When I did a print preview I was able to see the first page. When I click on page 2 it was a blank page but when I clicked on the next page I saw half of the contents on the page. How do I get the second page to show all contents after the first page on all pages. Also I want to be able to see the form header on every page in print Preview. How am I able to do that?

There are seven Access forums. This should be posted in Microsoft: Access Forms
Usually blank pages are margin problems. Remember, the form can be alot larger than a piece of paper so you'll have to design your form accordingly. Also, have you switched to Landscape view?

Not sure why you want to print a form. That's what reports are for.

But repost in the above forum.
